NaCl Botanica Co. — Returns & Exchanges Policy

At NaCl Botanica Co., every product is crafted with intention, purity, and care. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help make it right.

We accept returns on most unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Note: Due to the nature of aromatherapy and wellness goods, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils, salt blends, inhalers, or custom-made items.

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened essential oils or aromatherapy blends
• Used salt refills or bath salts
• Custom or made‑to‑order items
• Digital downloads or gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

We’re happy to offer exchanges for:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect items
• Defective packaging or containers

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing.
