NaCl Botanica Co. — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, and ship from Lincoln, Nebraska. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $75+ (5–7 business days).
Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.95.
We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. from Lincoln, NE.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:
NaCl Botanica Co. is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
Claims for loss or damage during transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
We’re always happy to help guide you through the process if something goes wrong.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute packages after they ship. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

We can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, the order may already be in processing.
